DISC Advanced

The first step in being an effective leader is to have a solid level of self-awareness.  The DISC tool provides this in a succinct and practical way.  I use the DISC profiling tool with my clients and their teams for a few reasons:

There is no “right or wrong” in the assessment – the assessment generates how people prefer to behave and communicate in with workplace.  I then work with individuals and teams on how to optimise strengths and focus on development areas or potential blind spots. 
 

The assessment measures both the subconscious “real self” and the conscious behavioural styles, enabling people to have an awareness of how authentic they are being in their role and what this means for their energy levels at work.
 

Each person can populate a practical action plan for ongoing enhancements to performance and happiness on the job.
 

The reports generated can be targeted for Leaders, Sales Professionals and all Team Members.
